It’s a very addictive workout! Moky has a great reputation for being innovative and keeping up to date with current trends in music and dance.
The Moky founders – Shameem and Mat
Mat and Shameem Arnold created MokyFit after teaching dance and fitness for many years. Their classes were always extremely popular which they attributed to listening to their customers and not being afraid to be different and stand out from the crowd.
They put a twist on teaching traditional dance steps by combining these dances with modern, fun and engaging pop music. They found participants were more motivated by the music choices they used. Shameem is well known for her choreography and has choreographed wedding dances which have hundreds of thousands hits on youtube and have featured on TV many times. Her choreography has also attracted the attention of the stars who have sang the song she uses in her videos.
Their dance and fitness experience and their passion for music soon brought them to create MokyFit, the Ultimate Dance Workout! The exercise is for everyone but at the same time they wanted to make sure it was very physically intensive so customers could choose the intensity they take it too. Customers can start with low impact moves then move up to the level of the instructor in their own time as they attend regular classes. This format has created a very loyal customer base.
