Our classes operate on a first come first served basis so please arrive early to be sure of a place. Wear exercise clothing, indoor trainers and bring some water. Prepare to laugh, sweat and have fun!
Our classes are very welcoming and we have new people every week of all abilities, fitness levels and ages.
No upper age limit! Over 16's only, however 13-16 year olds can come with a parent/guardian.
Classes £5 pay as you go or punchcards available at £20 for 5 classes.
