Moky brings you Moky Fit Classes, MokyKidz and MokyNights.
Moky Fit classes are an hours fun dance fitness workout which can burn up over 1000 calories a session!!!
Moky was the brain child of Shameem and Mat Arnold who used to teach salsa classes in their own fun and unique way. They found that customers could relate better to dance when they used music they recognised and could sing along to. They also wanted to find a dance format that was suitable for everyone (not partner dancing), that was simple to follow and that gave a great workout. Their choreography to well known hits brings so much fun to dances but also gives a great cardio and toning workout. Customers get so many benefits from the classes including toning, getting to optimum weight, increased fitness, increased confidence and morale and it helps to combat depression.

Just turn up wearing exercise clothes and indoor trainers with a bottle of water. Be prepared to sweat, stress relieve and have fun! Please arrive early.

Shameem has been chosen to be an offical Torch Bearer at the 2012 London Olympics!
She is delighted to be able to represent Cumbria at this prestigious event, and says she will try and get some Moky moves in along the way!
